Overview:
A vicious attack. A missing elder. A faceless enemy.
Just when it looks like things at Crossroads Academy are getting back to normal and a grueling Chemistry final is the only thing standing between Katia and a much needed summer break, the serenity of the school- and the Elder’s Council- is shattered, bringing the vampire world to its knees.
Hunted by an invisible enemy and called to serve a coven on the brink of war, Katia will soon discover that evil wears many faces, some more familiar than others. And with the lives of those she loves hanging in the balance, the stakes are higher than ever. Can Katia embrace her bloodline before it destroys everything she’s come to cherish?Bloodline (Crossroads Academy #3)
My Review:
2.5 Stars
It's just been one of those kind of weeks were the books that continue a series just suck. I really was looking forward to this finale and it was such a buzz kill. Ugh. Excuse me for turning this review into my own personal rant, but for the love of all that is good and holy, if you are going to make readers wait over a year for the finale, you better make it worth it. Stop putting it books just to get the series over with.
Anyways, in my personal opinion, save your money and read this summary instead:
Aldo is kidnapped. Katia takes his place on the counsel. She loses her virginity. Aldo is killed. Katia drinks his blood to become stronger. The counsel signs a treaty with the mixed bloods. The end.
Ugh. A pointless book.
