Once upon a time, in an era where technology was confined to dial-up and aol, there were these magical places. You could enter them during the day and sometimes late into the night and these historic places held hundreds of books. Not just one kind of book, but many many kinds. In these wonderful houses of books, you could pick out any of the ones you chose, and take them home.... for free! As long as you were willing to bring them back at a certain time, you could do this over and over and over again. What is this magical place I speak of, you say? A library!!!
How many of us forgo our local libraries now for the simpler convenience of e-books? I know I am guilty of it! So in honor of public libraries across the world, I checked out some books that have been on my "maybe I will read list" and I encourage you to do the same!
Here is what I have planned for my week:
"Poison Princess"- Kresley Cole
"Endless Knight"- Kresley Cole
"Death Sworn"- Leah Cypess
"In The Time of Dragon Moon"- Janet Lee Carey
Thank you, my awesome public library!
